"Morgensheutegesternwelt" is a word from Robert Anton Wilson meaning "tomorrow-today-yesterday-world", a state of existence where time bends and blurs together.

If you google for that word, at the bottom of the results, you get:

Heh. It's 22 now, anyway... I guess I just happened to catch it when it was 23.

The amusing thing about it being 23 was that 23 (along with 5) is a special number in the Illuminatus books. The characters keep finding fives and 23s everywhere. So it was as if Google was playing along with the in-joke.
